1. Terms of Service (operational summary):

• We provide consulting and digital marketing services.

• We do not guarantee specific results. We work to improve probabilities with metrics and best practices.

• Deliverables and intellectual property: what is delivered during the service is defined in the proposal/work order.

• Billing: payments in advance or per milestone; recurring charges if agreed.

• Cancellation: you may cancel with 14 days’ notice on recurring services; hours worked/current month are non-refundable.

• Disputes: first, attempt amicable resolution; jurisdiction NJ/USA.

2. Cancellation and Refund Policy:

• One-off projects: prorated refund only if initial materials have not been delivered; once delivered, no refund applies.

• Monthly retainers: cancellation requires 14 days’ notice before the next cycle.

• Digital products (templates/guides): non-refundable once downloaded.
  (Stripe requires clarity in fulfillment/cancellation policies.)

3. Privacy:

• Data we collect: name, email, phone, company, form messages.

• Use: to respond to inquiries, provide the service, billing.

• Sharing: we do not sell data; we may use processors (e.g., payment platforms) in accordance with their policies.

• Rights: request access/rectification/deletion via management@epicgrowthsolutions.com.

4. Service Scope Notice (in footer and/or Services):
